Guarantee conditions

We care about the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when using them. If you experience any issue with your product, please contact us so that we can inspect the product and provide warranty service where applicable. The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Proof of Purchase

To request warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, tax invoice, or other valid purchase documentation that allows us to verify the purchase.

The warranty period will be calculated from the purchase date shown on the verifiable proof of purchase. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the purchase documentation and related information before providing warranty service.

If sufficient proof of purchase cannot be provided, we may be unable to confirm the warranty period or provide warranty service under these terms.

2. Warranty Coverage for Normal Use

The warranty covers defects arising from product quality or manufacturing processes that occur under normal use and in accordance with the intended purpose of the product and our installation or usage instructions.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use, impact, dropping, breakage, dents, scratches, or damage to the external appearance of the product where such damage is not caused by a product defect.

We may inspect the condition of the product and determine the cause of the issue before considering any warranty claim.

3. Warranty Coverage for Specific Parts

The warranty covers only the parts or components specifically stated in the warranty terms for each product or model.

For example, if a faucet is covered only for its valve, the warranty applies only to the valve as specified. This does not mean that other parts or components of the faucet are automatically covered by the warranty.

If our inspection confirms that a covered part is defective, we may repair the product, replace the relevant part, or replace the product, as appropriate and in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

4. Removal, Installation, and Related Costs

The product warranty does not include costs associated with removing, dismantling, reinstalling, or accessing the product or its components, unless otherwise agreed by the Company on a case-by-case basis.

For example, labor charges, tile removal, wall demolition, plumbing work, or costs associated with installing a replacement product are not automatically covered under the product warranty.

5. Consequential Damage and Related Expenses

The warranty covers only the product and the parts specifically included within the applicable warranty coverage.

The Company does not cover other expenses or losses that arise indirectly or as a consequence of the use of the product, such as costs for removing or repairing surrounding areas, other materials, labor, transportation, or other related expenses, except where the Company is required to do so by applicable law or has expressly agreed to assume such responsibility in writing.

6. Circumstances Not Covered by the Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage caused by, or related to, any of the following circumstances:

  • Modification, alteration, or adjustment of the product without authorization
  • Incorrect installation or installation that does not follow the Company’s instructions
  • Improper use or use for purposes other than the intended purpose of the product
  • Damage occurring during transportation after the product has been delivered to the customer. Customers are encouraged to inspect the product upon delivery and notify the Company of any damage or issue as soon as reasonably possible
  • Improper storage, handling, or maintenance
  • Damage caused by chemicals, cleaning agents, or other substances that are unsuitable for the product’s materials
  • Corrosion, rust, staining, deterioration, or natural degradation of materials resulting from environmental conditions or usage
  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, dropping, or improper use
  • Damage resulting from force majeure or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control

Whether damage falls within any of the above circumstances will be determined based on the condition of the product, the nature of the damage, relevant evidence, and the results of an inspection conducted by the Company or a person authorized by the Company.

7. Damage Caused by Contaminants or Foreign Materials

The warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or blockage caused by sediment, scale, gravel, sand, dust, construction debris, pipe debris, or other foreign materials entering the product or any system connected to the product.

This includes circumstances where such contaminants or foreign materials cause the product to become blocked, leak, malfunction, or suffer damage to internal components.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that the water supply system and related equipment are properly checked and maintained before and during use. This can help reduce the risk of contamination and extend the service life of the product.

Warranty Inspection and Assessment

To ensure that warranty claims are handled fairly and appropriately, the Company reserves the right to inspect the product, verify proof of purchase, and assess the cause of the reported issue before determining whether the claim is covered by the warranty.

If the inspection confirms that the issue falls within the applicable warranty terms, the Company will provide warranty service within the scope of coverage specified for that product.

If the inspection determines that the damage or issue is not covered by the warranty, the Company will inform the customer of the relevant details and, where appropriate, provide available options or recommendations for resolving the issue.

Important Note: Warranty periods and coverage may vary depending on the product and model. Customers should review the warranty period and coverage stated in the relevant product documentation, user manual, warranty card, or product information before using the product.
