To ensure that our products are installed correctly, safely, and perform as intended, the Company recommends that customers and installers follow the guidelines and conditions below.
1. Inspect the Product Before Installation
Before installation, carefully inspect the product, accessories, and overall external condition. Please check the product model, size, color, quantity, and all relevant components against the order details.
If any damage, defect, visible marks, or missing components are found, please stop the installation and contact the Company or our authorized dealer before proceeding.
Once the product has been installed, the Company may not be able to assess visible damage or external defects in the same manner as a product that has not yet been installed.
2. Install According to the Manual and Intended Purpose
The product should be installed in accordance with the installation manual, specifications, and instructions provided by the Company for the applicable product or model.
Do not modify, alter, drill, cut, or change any part or component of the product without prior advice or authorization from the Company.
Installation or use of the product outside its intended purpose may affect its performance, safety, and warranty coverage.
3. Installation by Qualified and Experienced Personnel
The Company recommends that products be installed by qualified and experienced technicians or installers who have appropriate knowledge and experience with the specific type of product, using suitable tools, equipment, and installation materials.
For products involving water supply systems, electrical systems, wall drilling, or concealed installation, installation should be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.
4. Check the Installation Area and Related Systems
Before installation, the installer should inspect the installation area, water supply, plumbing, electrical systems, wall or floor structure, and connection points to ensure that they are suitable for the product.
For products connected to a water supply system, flush the water supply line before installation to remove dirt, sediment, rust, debris, or other foreign materials that may have accumulated inside the pipes. Continue flushing until the water runs clean. This helps prevent foreign materials from entering the product and causing blockage or damage.
If the existing site conditions or systems are not suitable for installation, the installer should make the necessary corrections or consult a qualified professional before proceeding.
The Company does not recommend installing products in conditions that may cause damage to the product or that do not comply with the applicable product requirements.
5. Inspect and Test the Installation Before Use
After installation, carefully check all connections, fittings, valves, water supply systems, and related components. The product should be tested for proper operation and checked for any signs of leakage before handover or regular use.
If any abnormality is detected, stop using the product and investigate the cause before proceeding.
6. Damage Caused by Installation or Removal
The product warranty covers only defects in the product and components that fall within the applicable warranty terms.
Damage resulting from installation, removal, dismantling, modification, improper use, or installation that does not follow the Company’s instructions may not be covered by the warranty.
The Company may inspect the product and assess the cause of the damage before determining whether the issue is covered under the warranty.
7. Installation and Site Modification Costs
The product warranty does not cover labor, installation, removal or dismantling, transportation, installation materials, or costs associated with modifying or repairing the installation area or related systems, unless otherwise specified or agreed by the Company on a case-by-case basis.
Examples include technician or labor charges, tile removal, wall demolition, floor or wall repairs, and plumbing modifications. Such costs are not automatically included in the product warranty.
8. If a Problem Is Found During Installation
If a problem is discovered, or if you suspect that the product may be defective during installation, stop the installation immediately and keep the product, components, and related accessories in their original condition as far as reasonably possible.
Please contact the Company or our authorized dealer for advice and inspection before continuing the installation.
Continuing to install or modify the product in an attempt to resolve the issue without professional advice may make it difficult to determine the actual cause of the problem and may affect the assessment of the warranty claim.
9. Foreign Materials and Related Systems
For products connected to a water supply system, the installer should inspect, clean, and flush the plumbing system before installation to prevent sediment, scale, rust, gravel, sand, dust, or other debris from entering the product.
Please ensure that the water flowing from the pipe is clean before connecting the product to the water supply system.
Damage or blockage caused by such foreign materials may not be covered by the warranty.
10. Scope of Responsibility
The Company places great importance on correct and safe installation. However, the Company’s responsibilities under this policy are subject to the warranty coverage applicable to each product or model and applicable laws and regulations.
When assessing a product issue, the Company may consider the condition of the product, proof of purchase, installation instructions, nature of the damage, and the results of the inspection into the cause of the issue.
Warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the relevant facts and applicable warranty terms.
Important Note
For your safety and to ensure proper product performance, please carefully read the installation manual for the applicable product or model before installation. Professional installation by a qualified technician is recommended.
Installation and warranty terms may vary depending on the product type, model, and specific product characteristics. Please refer to the applicable installation manual, warranty documentation, or product information for details before installation.
The Company reserves the right to inspect the product and assess the cause of any reported damage or issue before determining warranty coverage. Warranty service is subject to the warranty terms applicable to each product or model and applicable laws and regulations.
