We use CCTV in necessary areas of our buildings, premises, and surrounding areas to help maintain safety and security, prevent incidents, and protect the lives, health, safety, and property of individuals and the Company. If you enter an area where CCTV is in operation, your image, voice, or certain activities may be recorded. Some of this information may be capable of identifying you. We may update or amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, technology, or applicable laws. The latest version will be made available through the Company’s appropriate communication channels.

1. What Information Do We Collect Through CCTV?

When you enter an area where our CCTV systems are installed, the system may collect information relating to you, including:

Still images or video footage
Your face and physical characteristics
Your voice, where the CCTV equipment is capable of recording audio
Your movements, gestures, or activities captured within CCTV-monitored areas
The date, time, and location of the recording
Other information that may appear in the recorded footage or relate to an incident captured by the CCTV system

All of the above may collectively be referred to as “CCTV Data.”

We collect and use CCTV Data only to the extent reasonably necessary and appropriate for security, safety, and the Company’s legitimate business operations.

2. Why Do We Use CCTV Data?

We may collect, use, disclose, transfer, or otherwise process CCTV Data only as necessary for appropriate purposes, including the following:

In all cases, we will seek to process CCTV Data only to the extent necessary and appropriate, while taking into consideration the rights and privacy of the individuals concerned.

2.1 Areas Where CCTV Is Installed

We install CCTV cameras in areas where monitoring is reasonably necessary for safety and security purposes, such as entrances and exits, work areas, warehouses, parking areas, and areas surrounding our buildings. We do not install CCTV cameras in areas where individuals have a high expectation of privacy, such as restrooms, or other areas where CCTV monitoring would not be appropriate.

2.2 How Does Our CCTV System Operate?

Our CCTV systems generally operate 24 hours a day to help maintain the safety and security of our premises and the individuals within them. However, the system may temporarily stop operating due to technical issues, system failures, maintenance, or other circumstances affecting the operation of the equipment.

2.3 How Will We Let You Know?

We will place or display CCTV Notice signs in appropriate areas to inform you that CCTV is in operation. These notices are intended to help you understand that the area is being monitored and that images or other relevant information may be recorded.

3. Who May Have Access to CCTV Data?

Your CCTV Data will be treated as confidential. Access will be limited to individuals or organizations that have a legitimate need to access the information for the purposes described in this Policy. In certain circumstances, we may disclose CCTV Data to:

Authorized directors, management, or employees
Security service providers
CCTV system and technology service providers
Authorized contractors or business partners
Authorized business partners or service providers

Once the applicable retention period has expired and the information is no longer required, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize the information as appropriate.
